Note: Olive Oil has a tendency to solidify when refrigerated. While we could avoid this by blending with a neutral or seed oil, we want to maintain the integrity of flavour and ingredients in our products. 

If Chimmi has solidified, don't stress! Leave him out at room temperature for 5-10 minutes and he will return to his original consistency.

As per storage instructions, we recommend refrigerating all our products after opening.
