Shipping policy

We currently ship within Australia only.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with further details.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

DELIVERY COST

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery address.

We don’t offer free shipping at this time. We hope to in the future; this will be displayed on our website when made available.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

If you notice you have entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

Before your order is dispatched: Contact us at contact@goodaf.com.au to adjust your delivery details. 

After your order is dispatched: Please contact the delivery partner to adjust your delivery details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address we may contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).
